Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

• A 20% deposit is required by bank transfer at the time of booking to confirm your wedding date.
• Full payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to your wedding date.
• All payments are non-refundable unless cancelled by Nathan, as outlined below.
• There is a minimum booking fee of £200.
• If more than one stylist/artist is required, a fee per stylist/artist may be added. This will be included in your quote.
• Travel costs are £0.50 per mile and will be included in your quote.
• If any changes are made to the original booking, Nathan reserves the right to update the given quote.

TRIAL

• The trial is usually held between 6–12 weeks prior to your wedding date at Nathan’s studio in Whitchurch, Shropshire.
• Trial fees are outlined on my pricing page.
• The trial is 1.5–2 hours long per trial. If any additional time is required, this will be charged at the rate of £30 per half hour.
• It is your responsibility to inform Nathan of any allergies or contraindications of anyone who is receiving a hair or makeup service prior to your wedding date.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Nathan may take pictures to use on his website and social media. This agreement is taken as consent for these images to be used for marketing purposes. Nathan may use your name alongside other professionals involved. He may also contact you in relation to any professional photographs to be used in the same manner. If you wish for Nathan not to use your images, please confirm this in writing via email.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• All payments are non-refundable unless cancelled by Nathan, as outlined below.
• Full payment is due no later than 8 weeks before your wedding date.
• You may reschedule your date up to 8 weeks before the date booked. If Nathan cannot attend your new date, no refund will be given.
• If your wedding is affected by government restrictions or events beyond your control, you may reschedule your date at any time, provided Nathan can attend your new date.
• In the unlikely event that Nathan needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to, medical emergency), every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement stylist. If a replacement stylist cannot be secured, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

LIABILITY & SERVICE DELIVERY

• Nathan will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as agreed and to a professional standard. However, Nathan cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond his control that may impact the delivery of services.

GOVERNING LAW

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
